1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Certain items, such as personal care products, perishable goods, or customized products, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to process cancellations if the order has already been shipped.
